Motorola launched the Edge 50 Neo in Brazil this Tuesday (17)expanding the portfolio of the premium series that received the standard Neo 50 last week. The new product features military certification and RAM Boost technology to increase performance in games and heavy tasks.
The new phone has a 6.4-inch pOLED screen with Super HD resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 3,000 nits maximum brightness and HDR10+ support. The processor is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 accompanied by 8 GB native RAM and up to 16 GB with RAM Boost functionplus 256 GB of internal storage.

It comes with three rear cameras including the 50 MP main camera using the Sony LYTIA 700C sensor with optical stabilization (OIS), alongside the 12 MP ultrawide lens with a 120º field of view and the 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and 30x digital zoom. The front lens has 32 MP and records in 4K at 30 fps.
In terms of power, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo has a 4,300 mAh battery compatible with 68W wired and 15W wireless fast charging. According to the manufacturer, 11 minutes of plugging in provides up to 12 hours of battery lifeif the user is in a hurry and cannot wait for the complete load.
How much does the Motorola Edge 50 Neo cost?
Ultra-resistance is another attraction of Motorola's new cell phone, which has MIL-STD 810H certification. According to the brand, this enables use in extreme temperature conditions, protection against rain, sea spray, immersion in water for up to 30 minutes (1.5 m) and drops from up to 1.22 m in height.
Another highlight is the Android update for five yearsallowing you to take advantage of the next versions of the operating system — it comes with Android 14 out of the box. Support for Wi-Fi 6E, 5G, Bluetooth 5.3, e-SIM chip and NFC are also present.
Available in three color options, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo has a suggested price of R$3,299 for Brazil. A brand online store is offering a discount for payment in cash via Pix or by card, with the amount dropping to R$2,969.10 under these conditions.
