Anyone who has ever started a business, or knows someone who has decided to start their own business, knows that the amount of work to be done is immense. This applies to companies of all sizes, from startups to large corporations; the activities may change, but the burden only increases. That's why it's not uncommon to hear stories of 10, 12 or even 15-hour workdays.
Hence the term we often hear on social media – workaholic: a person who is addicted to work. That’s what it looks like from the outside, and it’s often what each professional believes about themselves as well. But I don’t think this is always the case, and it’s better if it isn’t, because it’s a dangerous path that can lead to serious problems in other areas of life.
