Google Photos has finally gained the option to mirror photos and videos. The feature, surprisingly absent from the app until now, allows you to rotate images on their own vertical axis.
The ability to mirror photos and videos is common in major editors, even basic ones. The tool is usually included among the options for rotating, cropping, and resizing.
Fortunately, it's no different on Google Photos: option has been included in the media editing menu, within the “Cut” section. When you select the tool, it rotates the photo in relation to its vertical axis, displaying its reflection.

Just like any other Google Photos edit, the result can be saved to a new file or overwrite the old onebut with the possibility of reverting to previous versions.
